"Intellectual property" like folklore,etc.

Physical things like artifacts,plants,etc. can't always be taken away but recording one's experiences and taking home any stories,songs,history and descriptions of alien cultures would be portable and priceless.

I'd love to be the Margaret Mead of civilizations that might not even be humanoid.

If I could make a good impression on the worlds I visited and help others be respectful and xenophilic,that would be terrific,too.
